The clear video instructions for key pick-up and Dinesh's responsiveness were top-notch. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to High St Kensington, Hyde Park, and the Albert Hall, making it a perfect place to explore West London. the local cafes and restaurants in the quiet neighbourhood added to the charm. the bonus of having a washing machine/dryer in the room was a convenient addition, along with the fast and reliable wi-fi. Overall, no pets allowed and no smoking on-site policies added to the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, making it a fantastic value for money experience.
